I fully understand that if I am not first committed personally to the time required to effectively go through this process and complete and adhere to the assignments and requirement, I will not achieve successful results.

If my attendance and participation are unsatisfactory, I understand that I may be removed from the program.

I understand that Rising Author Academy reserves the right to invoice for sessions that were not properly cancelled or rescheduled.

I agree to remit any payment or fees in the time prescribed in my contract.

I acknowledge that I have answered all of the questions truthfully to the best of my ability.

I understand and acknowledge the terms outlined In the above client letter provided by DND365-RAA.

I agree if accepted into the Rising Author Academy that in order to achieve the results I desire In a timely manner, I must commit to what has been prescribed from my Discovery Call and the subsequent sessions that follow.

I agree that I will adhere to the terms of my future contract with Rising Author Academy and resolve all invoices in the time prescribed, unless other arrangements have been specified and accepted.

I understand that if accepted into the Rising Author Academy that all sessions are to be made by appointment only. Appointments can be made by email, Calendly, phone or text, or in-person via conference call (Zoom, Google Meets, etc.)

I fully understand that all CANCELLATIONS must be made at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled session. Early morning sessions must be cancelled the evening prior. I further understand that CANCELLATIONS must be rescheduled within the respective month.
